We currently deliver across India, covering major cities, towns, and remote areas through our trusted logistics partners. If your area is not serviceable, our customer support team will notify you promptly.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the nature of the product:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–6 business days

  • Remote Areas: 6–9 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, courier issues, or high-demand periods.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: FREE for all prepaid orders above ₹999

  • Orders below ₹999 may incur a flat shipping fee of ₹49–₹99, depending on product category and location.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email or phone number. You can track your order using the link provided or by visiting the courier partner’s website.

6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, we will inform you and work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

In cases of delivery failure due to:

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The product may be returned to us and a refund (excluding shipping charges) will be initiated as per our Return Policy.
