1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Products that are returned without original packaging, invoice, or accessories may not be eligible for a full refund or replacement.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Items that are physically damaged due to misuse

  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

  • Software, downloadable content, or digital products

  • Customized or special-order items


3. How to Request a Return

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned product, our quality control team will inspect it. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return:

  • If approved, you will be offered a replacement, store credit, or refund, based on product availability and your preference.

  • If rejected, the item will be returned to you without a refund.


5. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If paid via:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund will be processed back to the card

  • UPI/Wallet: Refunded to the source account

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer after verification

Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the refund in your account.
