Order Cancellation by the Customer

Include your Order ID, registered email ID, and reason for cancellation to help us process your request quickly.
Once your order is cancelled successfully, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed or shipped.
Custom or special-order items are non-cancellable once processed.
Order Cancellation by ZURIKART
While we make every effort to fulfil all customer orders, in rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to one or more of the following reasons:
Product out of stock or discontinued
Pricing or listing errors
Payment verification issues
Shipping address out of our serviceable areas
In such cases, we will notify you immediately via email or phone. Any amount paid will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Failed Deliveries & Automatic Cancellations
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, and if there is no response from the customer after multiple attempts, the order may be automatically cancelled. Shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded in such cases.
Modifications Instead of Cancellations
If you want to change your order (e.g., switch to a different product or quantity), contact our support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist you, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
